Synopsis

The world had fallen into chaos. All countries have been either abolished or destroyed as a result of the third world war. In this lawless world, many organizations rose in influence to be the ones in control. The only ways to gain influence are to have advanced technology or have Espers on their side.
Osir joins an organization that wants to unify the whole of Europe under one flag and bring back order. There he becomes a student in a military school where he trains to be an Esper Soldier. Besides learning the ways of warfare he also learns how to be a human.
